Osiris Mosquea nació en San Francisco de Macorís, República Dominicana. Realizó sus estudios universitarios en la Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (U.A.S.D.) donde obtuvo su título de Licenciada en Contabilidad. Es gestora cultural, fundadora y coeditora de la revista Trazos. Sus escritos han sido publicados en revistas, antologías, y periódicos de varios países. Tiene publicado dos libros de poesía: Raga del Tiempo, 2009 y Viandante en Nueva York, 2013.
